The project involved transforming a newly built multi-level space into functional, warm, and modern offices and apartments.
Key challenges included:

• Large open areas that felt empty and lacked structure.
• Limited natural light in some rooms, especially lower-level spaces.
• Balancing work and living zones while keeping a calm, cohesive aesthetic.
• Creating a feeling of warmth in a primarily white architectural shell.
• Integrating minimalistic design without making spaces feel cold or unfinished.

To resolve these challenges, the design strategy focused on warmth, clarity, and functional elegance:

• Introduced soft neutral tones, natural wood flooring, and textured furniture to warm up the minimal architecture.
• Used high-quality Scandinavian-inspired pieces to establish visual harmony across all floors.
• Structured open spaces with thoughtful zoning:
• A dining/meeting area
• Lounge corners
• Workspace integrations inside private rooms
• Added large plants and subtle styling to soften corners and create a more welcoming flow.
• Installed clean-lined built-in storage solutions to keep the overall look minimal and uncluttered.
• Applied warm artificial lighting to compensate for lower daylight in certain parts of the building.
• Ensured all furniture selections maintained a cohesive visual identity: light wood, black accents, and soft beige upholstery.
